Yeast extracts
Yeast extracts are rich in B vitamins, peptides, nucleotides and amino acids, which are found in natural meat. Yeast is a harmless substitute for expensive raw materials for the production of semi-finished meat products, sauces, soups, and vegetarian products. You can achieve different taste effects from the basic profiles (rich broth) up to pronounced flavors (roast pork with tomatoes).

It is a natural, valuable, nutritious and essential ingredient for the body with a high content of proteins, trace elements, B vitamins and amino acids. The composition of useful elements meets the requirements of the FAO/WHO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations/World Health Organization). There are no living yeast cells in the yeast extract. It is a completely inactivated product that does not cause digestive disorders, dysbiosis, fermentation in the finished product, does not accumulate in the body, is hypoallergenic and suitable for feeding children from 3 years old.
Yeast extract is a water- and fat-soluble natural product. It is obtained from different varieties of yeast (bakery, beer, dairy) in the process of autolysis or enzymatic hydrolysis. The production process of yeast extracts is shown in the diagram:
